Steve is the Founder and Lead Drum Circle Facilitator for Giving Tree Music and Corporate Drum Circles.  Steve has been facilitating team building and wellness drum circles across the United States  for over 25 years.  He has a deep passion for drumming and has been making drums, performing, teaching - and helping people to bring the joy of rhythm into their life.  His enthusiasm is contagious and will get your team out of their shell and into the groove in no time!

Jim Boneau is an internationally recognized executive coach, facilitator, teacher, and author. Jim has over 30 years working in organizations in a variety of roles: first as a systems engineer, then team and organizational leader and for the past 22 years as an external coach and facilitator. Jim’s clients include Corning, Microsoft, General Electric, Qualcomm, The Mayo Clinic, American Association of Corporate Council and Unity Technologies, among others. Jim’s work has had a global reach both virtually and in-person.

Paul is an accomplished jazz musician, composer and educator, and has been facilitating drum circles for Giving Tree Music across the United States for over 10 years.  He also performs with a traditional African Dance ensemble and teaches marching drums to area high schools. His calm demeanor and deep love for the drum will help guide your team through this experience. 

Paisley is our back up drummer, marketing guru, customer relations - and IT Genius.  She helps us with our drum making program, and is our organizer and trapper keeper.  She manages social media as well as being our scheduling ninja.  She really just wants to pet your dog...
